1. Arlington (30-5): The Tigers eliminated Houston with a 62-53 sectional win on Saturday, clinching their fourth consecutiv­e state tournament appearance. Last week: No. 1.

2. Whitehaven (26-3): The Tigers beat Hardin County by 48 in their sectional matchup, advancing to the state tournament for the first time. Last week:

3. Houston (24-3): With Saturday’s loss, the Mustangs will miss the Class AAA state tournament for the first time since 2016. Last week: No. 2

4. Olive Branch (24-6): Memphis signee En’dya Buford scored 40 points in the Class 6A MHSAA state title game, helping the Conquistad­ors win their second straight state title. Last week: No. 4.

5. Briarcrest Christian (23-6): The Saints fell 60-38 to Brentwood Academy in the DII-AA state semifinals. Last week: No. 5.

6. Tipton-rosemark (21-6): The Rebels fell to eventual state champion Trinity Christian in the DII-A semifinals. Last week: No. 7

7. Covington (28-6): The Chargers fell to Melrose in the region title game and were eliminated by Westview in the sectionals. Last week: No. 6

8. Hernando (26-6): The Tigers fell to Clinton 78-44 in the MHSAA Class 6A semifinals. (Mississipp­i). Last week: No. 8

9. Northpoint Christian (23-5): The Trojans were eliminated by USJ in the region quarterfin­als. Last week: No. 9 10. Harding Academy (21-8): The Lions were eliminated by The King’s Academy in the DII-A quarterfin­als. Last week: No. 10
