Patty Roberts Bradley
OLIVE BRANCH, MS - Patty Roberts Bradley went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 8, 2021. She was 85 years young and leaves behind her husband, Kenneth Bradley, who she shared her life and love with for 67 years.
Patty was born on February 24, 1936, to Edna and Herman Roberts in the town of Independence, Mississippi. She had three brothers and five sisters. After she graduated from Independence High School, Patty moved to Memphis in the summer of 1953, where she soon met a handsome young sailor walking down Main Street. It was truly love at first sight, and they married eight months later. Patty devoted her life to being a mother and wife, and was a lifelong follower of Christ. She was a friend to all, and beautiful inside and out.
She is survived by two of her sisters, Janette Mcmeley and Ann (Jesse) Winningham; her husband, Kenneth Bradley and their three sons, Tony (Julie) Bradley, Scott (Chris) Bradley and Brent (Tammy) Bradley; nine grandchildren, Jason Bradley, Jenna (Jarred) Lovern, Crystal (Joseph) Tartera, Ashley Higginbotham, Melissa (Dustin) Jones, Taylor Bradley, Joshua (Kaitlin) Bradley, Shane (Michelle) Haimes and Holley (Trip) Starnes and seventeen great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 15, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Life Fellowship Church (7790 Davidson Road, Olive Branch, MS 38654). A celebration of life service will follow at 11:00 a.m.
