YANKEES 3, Nationals 2: Giancarlo Stanton hit a game-ending single off Brad Hand in the ninth inning, and the New York Yankees beat Washington 3-2 Sunday for their second straight walk-off win over the Nationals.

METS 4, D-backs 2: Mets ace Jacob degrom was pulled after five innings with right side tightness in his return from a similar injury, but the bullpen closed out a four-hitter as New York beat the Arizona Diamondbac­ks 4-2 Sunday for its fifth straight win.

Brewers 2, MARLINS 1 (10): Tyrone Taylor hit a two-out, tiebreakin­g single in the 10th inning, and seven Brewers pitchers combined on a six-hitter to beat the Marlins 2-1 Sunday.

White Sox at ROYALS, late: Danny Mendick hit a two-run homer during an eight-run first inning for Chicago, and the White Sox beat the Kansas City Royals 9-1 on Saturday night.

Blue Jays at ASTROS, late: Cavan Biggio hit his first homer at the ballpark where his dad closed out his Hall of Fame career, Marcus Semien added a three-run shot late and the Toronto Blue Jays beat the Houston Astros 8-4 Saturday night.

Rockies at CARDINALS, late: Yadier Molina drove in three runs in his return from the injured list, Paul Goldschmid­t homered and the St. Louis Cardinals beat the Rockies 9-8 Saturday.

Pirates at CUBS, late: Pinch-hitter Matt Duffy had a go-ahead single in the seventh inning, reliever Keegan Thompson pitched three scoreless innings for his first major league victory and the Chicago Cubs beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 3-2 Saturday for their fifth straight win.

Mariners at RANGERS, late: Rangers rookie center fielder Adolis Garcia threw out Kyle Lewis at the plate on a wild, scrambly play for the final out, and Texas held off the Seattle Mariners 9-8 on Saturday night.

Padres at GIANTS, late: Brandon Crawford, Brandon Belt and Austin Slater homered and the San Francisco Giants kept rolling at home, beating the San Diego Padres 7-1 Saturday.

Dodgers at ANGELS, late: Mookie Betts drove in a season-high four runs, and the Dodgers blew most of a 13-run lead before holding on for a 14-11 victory over the Angels on Saturday night, snapping their four-game losing streak in hair-raising fashion.

Rays at ATHLETICS, late: Seth Brown hit a two-run homer in the first inning a day after delivering a walkoff drive, sending the Oakland Athletics past the Tampa Bay Rays again with a 6-3 win Saturday.

Phillies at BRAVES, late: Ehire Adrianza capped a night full of comebacks for Atlanta with a game-ending RBI single in the 12th inning, helping the Braves stun the Philadelph­ia Phillies for a chaotic 8-7 victory Saturday.

Reds at CLEVELAND, ppd.: The threegame series finale between Cincinnati and Cleveland set for Sunday was postponed by rain and re-scheduled for Aug. 9.

Twins at TIGERS, ppd.: The series finale between the Minnesota Twins and Detroit Tigers scheduled for Sunday at Comerica Park was postponed because of rain.
