MEMPHIS AREA HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL TOP PERFORMERS FOR WEEK 11
Here are the top performers from the 11th week of high school football in the Memphis area.
OFFENSE
Nick Harvell, Brighton: Harvell had 13 carries for 190 yards and six touchdowns in a 44-14 victory over Southwind. Defensively, he had six tackles and an interception.
Ty Stark, Brighton: Stark ran the ball 10 times for 138 yards.
Dallan Hayden, CBHS: Hayden ran for 112 yards on nine carries and three touchdowns in a 56-21 victory over St. Benedict.
Ashton Strother, CBHS: Strother threw for 139 yards, ran for 91 more and accounted for four touchdowns.
Antonio Adams, St. Benedict: Adams carried the ball 15 times for 100 yards and had a 40-yard TD reception.
Houston Wilhelm, Collierville: Wilhelm was 13-for-23 passing for 258 yards and two touchdowns in a 45-14 victory over Arlington.
John Hampton, Collierville: Hampton had three catches for 124 yards and a touchdown.
Troy Martin, Collierville: Martin had 12 carries for 72 yards and a touchdown.
John Davis, Arlington: Davis ran for 129 yards on 21 attempts and two touchdowns.
Jamarion Dowell, Covington: Dowell rushed for 154 yards on seven carries and two touchdowns in a 55-6 victory over Bolton.
Jalen Fayne, Covington: Fayne accounted 83 yards of total offense and three touchdowns (two rushing and one receiving). Defensively, he returned an interception 50 yards for a TD.
Robert Dohnken, Covington: Dohnken rushed for 66 yards and two touchdowns.
Jaylen Greenwood, ECS: Greenwood had 18 carries for 92 yards in a 7-6 loss to St. George’s.
Will Stegall, Houston: Stegall caught a 68-yard touchdown and returned a blocked punt for another in a 49-6 victory over White Station.
Chandler Day, Houston: Day was 4for-7 passing for 133 yards and a touchdown.
Jeremiah Salem, Houston: Salem threw two touchdowns.
Craig Cunningham, Lausanne: Cunningham ran the ball 13 times for 130 yards and three touchdowns in a 49-7 victory over Northpoint.
Brock Glenn, Lausanne: Glenn was 7-for-12 passing for 134 yards and three touchdowns.
Ben Bolton, Lausanne: Bolton had 69 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
Auvic White, Munford: White had 26 carries for 195 yards and four touchdowns in a 30-29 victory over Central.
Jordan Bell, Munford: Bell rushed for 112 yards on 10 attempts.
George Hamsley, MUS: Hamsley was 20-for-34 passing for 309 yards and two touchdowns in a 30-28 loss to Brentwood Academy.
Hunter Barnes, MUS: Barnes had 27 carries for 132 yards and two touchdowns.
Mac Owen, MUS: Owen had seven receptions for 160 yards.
James Allen, MUS: Allen had six catches for 77 yards and a touchdown.
Tralyn Oliver, Olive Branch: Oliver carried the ball 28 times for 298 yards and two touchdowns in a 30-14 victory over Lewisburg.
Gunner Gilmore, Lewisburg: Gilmore was 14-for-22 passing for 225 yards and a touchdown.
Easton Fesmire, Lewisburg: Fesmire caught six passes for 107 yards.
Mark Joseph, Sheffield: Joseph ran for 160 yards, threw for 102 more and accounted for three touchdowns in a 36-28 victory over Douglass. Defensively, he had an interception.
Kenyon Spearman, Sheffield: Spearman had 15 carries for 75 yards and three touchdowns.
Jakylan Robinzine, Southaven: Robinzine threw three touchdown passes in a 41-7 victory over Desoto Central.
John Slaughter, Southaven: Slaughter caught a pair of touchdowns. Defensively, he had two interceptions.
William Carver, Whitehaven: Carver accounted for 115 yards of total offense and had a touchdown in a 34-0 victory over Bartlett.
Jaquez Bradley, Whitehaven: Bradley rushed for 52 yards and two touchdowns.
DEFENSE
Devin Bullard, Bartlett: Bullard had three solo tackles and four assists in a 34-0 loss to Whitehaven.
Zane Beard, CBHS: Beard had four assists and a fumble recovery in a 56-21 win against St. Benedict.
William Keith, CBHS: Keith had four solo tackles, three for loss, and an assist.
Donovan Mathena and Myles Wesley, Collierville: Mathena and Wesley each had a fumble return for a touchdown in a 45-14 win against Arlington. Mathena also had seven tackles.
Tristan Jenkins, Arlington: Jenkins had four solo tackles and an assist.
Ethan Browder, FACS: Browder had 13 tackles in a 42-3 loss to Trinity Christian.
Connell Fitzgerald, FACS: Fitzgerald had 12 tackles.
Christian Crew and Ian Bullock, Houston: Crew and Bullock had seven tackles each in a 49-6 win against White Station.
Myles Saulsberry, Lausanne: Saulsberry had four solo tackles, seven assists and four sacks in the first half of a 49-7 win against Northpoint.
Datavius Bledsoe and Kevin Moore, Lausanne: Bledsoe and Moore each registered two sacks. They also combined for 10 tackles.
Coleman Dowell, Lewisburg: Dowell had four tackles, three for loss, in a 30-14 loss to Olive Branch.
Hudson Shoaf, MUS: Shoaf had six solo tackles, 4.5 for loss, and an assist in a 30-28 loss to Brentwood Academy.
Colby Ring, MUS: Ring had four solo tackles, four assists, a sack and a fumble recovery.
SPECIAL TEAMS
Garrett Lee, CBHS: Lee returned a blocked punt 30 yards for a touchdown in a 56-21 victory over St. Benedict.
Cayden Willis, St. Benedict: Willis returned a kickoff 97 yards for a touchdown. Offensively, he had a 14-yard TD reception.
