Memphis prep football top performers in Week 11
Here are Memphis area high school football top performers from Week 11 of the 2022 season:
Offense
Drew Benjamin, Arlington: Benjamin threw for 104 yards in a 21-7 loss to Collierville.
Blake Carlson, Briarcrest: Carlson was 20-for-31 passing for 235 yards and two touchdowns in a 42-28 loss to Ensworth.
Max Carroll, Briarcrest: Carroll had 84 yards of total offense and accounted for four touchdowns.
Reed Linder, Briarcrest: Linder caught three passes for 82 yards.
Caleb Norman, Briarcrest: Norman had six receptions for 65 yards.
Jack Mclaughlin, CBHS: Mclaughlin was 11-for-12 passing for 229 yards and four touchdowns in a 70-20 win against St. Benedict.
Brian Johnson, CBHS: Johnson ran the ball 11 times for 133 yards and three touchdowns.
Jaxon Hammond, CBHS: Hammond had 116 yards of total offense and accounted for three touchdowns.
Michael Spain, CBHS: Spain caught two passes for 82 yards.
Law Wright, Central: Wright threw for 153 yards and three touchdowns in a 42-28 loss to Munford.

Jamarion Dowell, Covington: Dowell carried the ball seven times for 171 yards and three touchdowns in a 63-6 victory over Bolton. He also had 50 receiving yards.
Braden Gover, Covington: Gover was 7-for-8 passing for 163 yards and two touchdowns.
Skylan Smith, Covington: Smith had 76 yards of total offense and accounted for two touchdowns.
Azarion Harris, Covington: Harris had 57 yards rushing and two touchdowns.

Topher Jones, Hernando: Jones was 9-of-14 passing for 123 yards, ran for 147 yards on 21 carries and accounted for two touchdowns in a 28-21 victory over Center Hill.
Brodie Martin, Hernando: Martin caught three passes for 86 yards and a touchdown.
Damon Sisa, Houston: Sisa ran for 60 yards and three touchdowns in a 40-6 victory against White Station.
Chandler Day, Houston: Day was 10for-16 passing for 185 yards and accounted for two touchdowns.
Andre Allen, Houston: Allen caught three passes for 73 yards.
Gunner Gilmore, Lewisburg: Gilmore threw for 205 yards and accounted for three touchdowns in a 28-14 win over Olive Branch.
Lucas Gashk, Lewisburg: Gashk caught four passes for 82 yards and a touchdown.
Coleman Dowell, Lewisburg: Dowell carried the ball eight times for 69 yards and a touchdown.
Chase Willing, Lewisburg: Willing had two catches for 78 yards.

Britten Taylor, Olive Branch: Taylor had six receptions for 74 yards.
Britton Stovall, Southaven: Stovall accounted for three touchdowns in a 35-6 victory over Desoto Central.
Keagen Caldwell, Southaven: Caldwell had two receiving touchdowns.
Alex Mcalpin, St. Benedict: Mcalpin was 16-for-24 passing for 253 yards and three touchdowns in a 70-20 loss to CBHS.
Cayden Willis, St. Benedict: Willis had six receptions for 189 yards and three touchdowns.
Jaydon Smith, St. George's: Smith ran the ball 17 times for 89 yards and a touchdown.
Chase Sutton, St. George's: Sutton rushed for 65 yards on 11 carries. Defensively, he had an interception.
Greg Mangle, White Station: Mangle caught six passes for 61 yards in a 40-6 loss to Houston.

Ethen Smith and Carter Wood, Arlington: Smith and Wood each had seven total tackles in a 21-7 loss to Collierville.
Dermont Green, Arlington: Green had six solo tackles and an interception.
Zane Beard and Boston Barker, CBHS: Beard and Barker combined for four solo tackles and three assists in a 70-20 win over St. Benedict. Beard also had a fumble recovery.
Tristian Johnson and Carson Finch, CBHS: Johnson and Finch each had three solo tackles. Johnson also had a sack.
Tyler Johns, Collierville: Johns had six total tackles, a forced fumble and returned an interception 38 yards for a touchdown in a 21-7 victory over Arlington.
Jonathan Davis, Collierville: Davis had five solo tackles and four assists.
Eli Myers, Collierville: Myers had seven total tackles.
AJ Mckay, FACS: Mckay had 12 tackles in a 48-13 loss to Trinity Christian.
