Six Memphis-area companies have received 2023 Top Workplaces USA honors, which celebrate employers who earned high marks from employees. h Anovorx, Cornerstone Systems, Evolve Bank & Trust, National Guard Products, The Village at Germantown and Transnetyx received the awards in Top Workplaces USA’S third year. h Top Workplaces USA offers national recognition for large organizations, those with more than 150 employees, and those that may have operations in multiple markets. h Winners are selected based on employee feedback via an employee engagement survey issued by research firm Energage. More than 3,300 organizations participated in this year’s survey. h “Being an employer of choice through a recognition program, especially in this environment, is key,” Energage CEO Eric Rubino said. “It’s paramount that employers differentiate themselves as an employer of choice. We really need workplaces that inspire employees. You have to really acknowledge employees genuinely and consistently.” h The national program is built upon Top Workplaces’ 16-year history surveying more than 23 million employees in 50-plus markets for the program’s regional awards, including Memphis.
