Bridgett Jordan, 18, of Colliervil­le was chosen first runner-up in the Miss Teen USA pageant Monday. Jordan, daughter of John and Annette Jordan, was born in Memphis and graduated from Houston High in May. She plans to attend Middle Tennessee State University in the fall to major in television broadcasti­ng and minor in speech and drama. As first runner-up, Jordan receives $3,000 cash, a $3,000 Speedo scholarshi­p and a Hoy crystal trophy. 50 years ago — 1973 WASHINGTON – Atty. Gen.
