HOUSTON - Henry Winston Trigg, born on March 3, 1981 in Houston, Texas passed away unexpectedly on his 43rd birthday, March 3, 2024. He entered this world only minutes before his identical twin brother, Haden and they were rarely separated from then on. Henry attended Poe Elementary where he met lifelong friends, enjoyed riding bikes through the streets of Boulevard Oaks and played ten years of baseball in West University Little League. Henry attended middle school at St. Michael followed by St. Thomas High School where he played football and doubles tennis with his brother, Haden. Wrestling was the sport he truly loved. He placed in State his senior year. EFND! After graduating from St. Thomas in 2000, he entered Auburn University and as a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity played 4 years of intramural sports. Henry loved Auburn Football and being a die-hard fan, spent every Saturday watching the Tigers take on other SEC teams. War Eagle!

After graduation, Henry moved to Wellsboro, Pennsylvania where he was an oil and gas land man. He loved his time in Wellsboro, making many friends, joining the Tioga Country Club and spending hours on the golf course as many land men do.

Henry never settled for ordinary and took everything to the extreme. He ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain with cousin Raymond Hauck and lifelong friend Brad Hargis. He loved to push himself and his “true love” was Crossfit. He ran a 100K through the hills of Pennsylvania, finished an Iron Man in Galveston, ran the Houston Marathon several times and competed in a Tough Mudder.

Henry loved spending hours bass fishing with his dad on weekends and fly fishing in Colorado during the summer. He always seemed to catch a big one! He also loved snow skiing with his family and preferred black diamonds or forging his own trail through the trees. He was looking forward to an upcoming Colorado ski trip with his dad and Haden this month.
