Now to continue my closing arguments … I wouldn’t be able to list the gigs of local bands if there weren’t places for them to play. So thanks to those venues that along with great food and drink, serve up a steady stream of music for the masses. The Norris’s at The Peanut with Joann of 513 Entertainment coordinating the mayhem, Gary Fry at The Craft Ale House, The Frecons at The Other Farm, the good folks at Creekside, Chaplins and the list goes on, THANK YOU for supporting local music. I have to include Chris Dietz and CD’s Place on my list of places that go above and beyond supporting both the local community and local music scene. While you can’t quite fit a huge concert in there, their after hours JAMborees are the stuff legends are made of! I am glad we have become friends. Thanks to the awesome musical friends I have gained, the folks that have put up with me and don’t groan (out loud anyway) when they see me coming. Thanks to Christopher Langiotti for giving me the confidence to “play out,” Steve Walker for being so welcoming at your open mics and those others too numerous to mention that I have watched and learned from. I thank you all. Only one more left … : (
