NON-PROFIT ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD PRESIDENT
RSVP has announced the two-year appointment of Bob Leib of Villanova to the position of president of the board of directors. Leib previously served as vice president on the board. His background as vice president of wealth management with Keystone Wealth Management Group of UBS Financial Services will benefit the volunteer placement organization. Leib replaces Ron Gawel who is retiring as board president following six years of dedicated service and expansion overseeing the cutting-edge nonprofit.
The new president has been involved with RSVP since he joined RSVP as a volunteer in the Volunteer Executive Consultants Program in 2009. Leib has been an active committee chair and member of the Revenue Development, Finance, Executive and Special Events committees. Married, with two children, he and his wife Judy live in Villanova. Leib has also served on several local volunteer organization boards.
