Adoptable pets of the week
Harley Quinn is looking for a new home! She’s an active girl that’s going to need a home that’s familiar with the bully breeds. Harley is always excited to meet new people, but can be particular on which dogs she gets along with. We would not recommend this girl with cats. Perhaps a large breed submissive male would make a good companion for her, but Harley would definitely not mind having the attention all on her and being the sole animal in the home. Release A271120
Our next dog you may have seen before. This is Siva and he’s been at the shelter since January. What Siva would like more than anything is to find his forever home. He’s a bit stressed in the noisy kennel, but once out his personality shines through. This guy is smart and eager to please. He’s still pretty young, but the staff at the shelter has found him relatively easy to train. His future owner would have to continue his training and provide the polish that could turn Siva into a fantastic dog. Release A269449
Make way for the big girl! Stella is a cat that’s hard to miss and even harder to forget. She’s a bit on the heavier side and would need an owner who is willing to enforce her diet. But she loves being brushed and scratched more than anything, almost as much as food! The staff at the shelter has even been trying to teach her to walk on a leash, with very limited success though. Big gals need love too and this sweet face is no exception! Release A270808
