Hobbs was born in Harrisburg and moved to Williamsport as a teenager. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Eastern University in 2006 and her Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law in 2009. Hobbs currently resides in Phoenixville with her husband and two children. She is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Hobbs has practiced elder law for over seven years and focuses her practice on: Long-Term Care Planning, Medicaid, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Veterans Benefits, and Estate and Trust Administration. She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney, she is an accredited attorney with the Department of Veteran Affairs, and she is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys .
