Pine Forge Indians win Chesmont crown
The Pine Forge Indians captured the Chesmont League Senior Babe Ruth championship Thursday night with a 3-0 victory over Pine Forge Red.
Logan Mabry pitched a complete-game shutout for Indians.

BEAR-CUBS 8, TWIN VALLEY 0 » Trey Yesavage’s solid pitching helped the Boyertown Bear-Cubs open the Berks County League playoffs by blanking Twin Valley.
Yesavage hurled six shutout innings, striking out 10 along the way, to get the win. Tanner McCafferty doubled home two runs for Boyertown (25-4-1) while Colin Eisenahard added another two RBI.
The Bear Cubs advanced to face Daniel Boone — a 5-2 winner over Muhlenberg — on July 9 at Gabelsville A.A.
