The win­ners of the cos­tume con­test for Tues­day’s Hal­loween Pa­rade have been an­nounced.

3rd – Carol Lutz – Spice Girls theme

The cos­tume con­test at Pottstown’s Hal­loween Pa­rade brought out some unique cos­tumes, in­clud­ing this pair with gray hair and their own mo­bil­ity scooter.
