Groton Town Kyle J. Siderewicz, 27, of 11 Pond Edge Drive, Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Reandra L. West, 28, of 11 Norwood Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Kayla J. Hurd, 24, of 20 Quincy Court was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Anthony L. Florence, 36, of 29 Willow St., Mystic, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Penny L. Cousens, 37, of 3 Baker Ave., Groton City, was charged Thursday with use of drug paraphernalia.

Bernard Leon Cousens, 41, of 3 Baker Ave., Groton City, was charged Thursday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

New London Daniel Fagan, 26, of 71 Glenwood Ave. was charged Monday with failure to obey a stop sign and driving with a suspended license.

Teron Smith, 23, of 325 Hun- tington St. was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Robert Marquis, 44, of 19 Moore Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Andrew Fiore, 50, of 126 Connecticut Ave. was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, operating a drug factory and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Norwich Jessica Otka, 35, of 8 E. Baltic St. was charged Monday with third-degree burglary, breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

State Police — Montville Marcello Frezza, 56, of New Haven was charged Saturday in East Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain lane.

Joseph M. Lannigan, 36, of 10 Fontaine Court, Taftville, was charged Saturday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry minimum insurance, reckless driving, and disobeying the signal of an officer.

Raymond Belardo, 37, of 58 Noble Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged April 26 in Montville with speeding, evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive a reasonable distance apart, driving without a license, use of drug paraphernalia, and illegal possession of narcotics.

Waterford Diana Jacobs, 26, of 305 Michelle Lane, Groton, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer.

Micheal Jacobs, 31, of 305 Michelle Lane, Groton, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer.

Robert Hermans, 59, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving without insurance.

Luis Delgado, 45, of 94 Truman St., New London, was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance and sixth-degree larceny.

Christopher Metcalf, 42, of 95 South Broad St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.

Stonington James Culotta Jr., 56, of 11 Lathrop Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with violation of probation.
