Nashema R. Battle, 23, of 47 Federal St., Apt. G-15, New London, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Miguel Suarez, 27, of 181 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Gregory M. Blue, 33, of 21 Cliff St., Waterbury, was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor, interfering with police, second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

Marc Chasse, 51, of 320 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Michael Reid, 50, of 100A. N. Main St. was charged Monday with breach of peace and interfering with police.

Pascious Mink, 24, of Enfield was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

Ray A. Rivas, 29, of 18 Garfield Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Jessica Douglass, 28, of 18 Garfield Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Christopher M. Harris, 37, of 442 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Tuesday with failure to have headlights lit and driving with a suspended license.

Waterford

Mercedes Pratts, 21, of 156 Garfield Ave., New London, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a restraining order, third-degree criminal mischief and public disturbance.

Robert Garrett, 60, of 292 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, failure to drive in the proper lane, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failing to meet minimum insurance requirements.

Opal Allen, 39, of 41 Avery Lane was charged Monday with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
