Gregory M. Blue, 33, of 21 Cliff St., Waterbury, was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor, interferin­g with police, second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

Christophe­r M. Harris, 37, of 442 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Tuesday with failure to have headlights lit and driving with a suspended license.

Mercedes Pratts, 21, of 156 Garfield Ave., New London, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a restrainin­g order, third-degree criminal mischief and public disturbanc­e.

Robert Garrett, 60, of 292 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, failure to drive in the proper lane, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failing to meet minimum insurance requiremen­ts.

Opal Allen, 39, of 41 Avery Lane was charged Monday with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
