Kevin Ruiz, 18, of 41 Rogers St. was charged Sunday with possession of weapons in a motor vehicle, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to carry minimum insurance.

Joshua Jakubowski, 35, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with possession of hallucinogens.

Jason Avigne, 31, of 15 Freedom Way, Unit 52, Niantic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

State Police — Montville

David Drew, 27, of 22 Terrace Ave., Taftville, was charged Monday in Montville with violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Sean Healey, 42, of 18 Ortega Drive, Preston, was charged Friday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Regina S. Stone, 31, of 20 Pulaski St., Griswold, was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Pierre A. Bellemare, 49, of Enfield, was charged Thursday in Montville with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Benjamin Torres-Pina, 22, of 50 Palmer St., Norwich, was charged May 16 in Norwich with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry minimum insurance, disobeying the signal of a police officer, evading responsibility, driving without a license, and interfering with a police officer.

Bruce H. Barnes, 57, of 205 Westwood Park Road, Norwich, was charged May 16 in Norwich with failure to comply with fingerprint requirements and first-degree criminal trespass.
