Christopher A. Gates, 30, of Mitchell, S.D., was charged Monday with evading responsibility and following too closely.
Pedro Izquierdo Jr., 49, of 227 Connecticut Ave. was charged Monday with neglect/cruelty to animals.
Hillary King, 30, of 54 Cutler St., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with evading responsibility, driving without a license, following too closely and failure to obey a traffic control signal.
Samuel Arder, 37, of 91 Baker Ave., Groton, was charged Monday with second-degree threatening.
Victor Thomas, 34, of Providence, R.I., was charged Sunday with breach of peace and first-degree criminal mischief.
Norwich Joshua Higgins, 35, of Manchester was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana.
Christina Harper, 32, of 7 Julian St. was charged Saturday with failure to grant right of way and evading responsibility.
Jainee Brodeur, 26, of 83 Holmes Road, East Lyme, was charged Tuesday with possession of a hallucinogen.
State Police — Montville Alfred Grimes, 54, of 14 Ford Drive, Old Saybrook, was charged Monday in Norwich with possession of narcotics.
Jeffrey W. Zaks, 41, of 130 Main St., Baltic, was charged Friday in Sprague with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
