Groton Town Zachary G. Toscano, 31, of 3 Stanton St., A1, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Norwich Alexandria Zagorski, 22, of 43 Eager Road, Franklin. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and evading responsibi­lity.

Tiffany Bassett, 27, of 79 Williams St. was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

State Police — Montville Zachary Boutin, 27, of Hanover, was charged Monday in Sprague with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespass, and third-degree criminal mischief.

Kevin Kalal, 25, of 80 Grassy Hill Road, East Lyme, was charged Monday in Sprague with third-degree burglary and first-degree criminal trespass.

Elisha G. Richards, 24, of Hamden, was charged Saturday in Norwich with speeding, reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Stonington Germaine S. Gibbons-Palmer 74, of 5 Babcock St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Maxwell C. Gilmore, 26, of 138 Pawcatuck Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregister­ed motor vehicle.

James R. Medeiros, 52, of 15 Lorraine Road, Westerly, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

State police — Westbrook Donna Johnson, 54, of 99-1 Hillcrest Drive, Old Lyme, was charged Thursday in Old Lyme with criminal violation of a restrainin­g order.

Robert J. Molyneux, 33, of Poquonnock Road, Groton, was charged Sept. 13 in Westbrook with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
