Advice for undocumented immigrants from the Connecticut Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association:

Prepare a plan of action should you be detained by ICE.

Tell your children if they are undocumented and old enough to understand.

Do not seek the help of notaries public, who are not licensed to give legal advice or represent people in immigration proceedings.
