Jemel D. Dyer, 20, of 79 St. John Road, Griswold, was charged Thursday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making an improper turn.

Brian S. Quidgeon, 35, of 100 Fort Hill Drive, No. 202, Uncasville, was charged Thursday in North Stonington with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Lauren M. Nadwairski, 27, of 46 River Ave., No. 1, Norwich, was charged March 19 in East Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper parking.
