Hazel Beetham-Tanape

Uncasville — Hazel Beetham-Tanape, formerly of Uncasville, died March 17, 2017, in Nanwalek, Alaska.

Born Feb. 19, 1968, in Uncasville, she was employed at Greentree Manor before moving to Alaska. There she married her husband, Joe, and raised two daughters, Annie-Marie and Becca, who meant the world to her.

Memorial visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, at the Montville Funeral Home of Church and Allen, Rte. 32, Uncasville. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. following the visitation at the funeral home. www.montvillefuneralhome.com.
