State police — Colchester

Maria Scott, 48, of 33 Burgess Place was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey state traffic control markings.

Nathaniel Johnson, 34, of 57 Division St., Apt. 2, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Michael Chinn, 28, of 114 Prospect St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jessica A. Martin, 39, of 2 Chrissos St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Lawrence Darr, 43, of Canterbury was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Rheannin Bishop, 34, of 4 Mediterranean Lane was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey stop sign.

Angel Ramos, 30, of 530 N. Main St., Apt. 4, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Alexandra Apante, 27, of 495 Laurel Hill Road, Apt. 9D, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Abijah Cossu, 24, of 495 Laurel Hill Road, Apt. 9D, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct.

Jonathan Owens, 29, of 29 Lambert Drive was charged Thursday with sale of cocaine and sale of heroin.

Teresa Anderson, 45, of 38 13th St., Norwich, was charged May 21 in Bozrah with driving with a suspended license, speeding, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and improper passing.

Gary Riker, 39, of Johnston, R.I., was charged May 15 in Norwich with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and improper parking.
