William Oates, 34, of 471 E. Main St. was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatenin­g.

Dwayne Anderson, 39, of 51 Henry St., Apt. 4, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibi­lity.

Andrew Blevins, 29, of 15 Third St. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Jose L. Esquivel, 39, of 163 Broad St. Extension, Waterford, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving with a suspended license.

Rachel Bewlay, 24, of 23 Lornadale Drive was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right, disorderly conduct and possession of narcotics.

Odillo Gonzalez, 31, of 59 Merchants Ave., Taftville, was charged Sunday in Griswold with criminal violation of a restrainin­g order.

Matthew Reil, 21, of 36 Coal Pit Hill Road, Griswold, was charged Sunday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Alfred J. Hebert, 36, of 19 Charles St., Jewett City, was charged Thursday in Griswold with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Joshua R. Evans, 26, of 1470 Boston Post Road, Westbrook, was charged July 17 in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, interferin­g with a police officer, and second-degree assault with a motor vehicle.

Stonington

Thomas J. O’Connell, 63, of 2 Lincoln Ave., Mystic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and two counts of evading responsibi­lity.

James Ion, 22, of 77 Liberty St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Taylor J. Gaccione, 18, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 0, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and interferin­g with a police officer.

David McSweeney, 18, of 202 Wolf Neck Road, Mystic, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, breach of peace, simple trespass, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana and possession of drug parapherna­lia for less than a half ounce of marijuana.

Dylan N. McGuire, 23, of 50 Spruce St., Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerme­nt and disorderly conduct.
