New London Tonya Machado, 41, of 2 Moore Court, Apt. L, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.

Norwich Randy E. Harrison, 35, of 177 Broadway, Apt. 4A, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, interfering with an officer, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree criminal mischief and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

Rafael Cortina-Toledo, 26, of 19 Hillcrest St. was charged Sunday with first-degree threatening, second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Eric A. Colon, 22, of Simsbury was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

Craig K. Ponder, 51, of 45 Mechanic St., No. 1, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics, interfering with an officer and tampering with evidence.

State police — Montville Marc A. Crocetto, 43, of Wolcott was charged Sunday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Kelvin Kenyon, 58, of Wyoming, R.I., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Linda Bassett, 51, of Millville, Mass. was charged Sunday in Preston with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
