State police — Montville Anthony J. Romano, 28, of 544 Providence-New London Turnpike, Apt. 118, North Stonington, was charged Saturday in North Stonington with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree larceny, violation of a protective order, third-degree larceny from a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.
Stonington Peter O. McDonnell, 48, of 9 Grove Avenue, Apt. 1, Westerly, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, traveling unreasonable fast, passing in a no passing zone and driving in violation of, license classification.
Jacob Herrington, 32, of Tuscon, Ariz., was charged Sunday with breach of peace, interfering with a police officer and failure to submit to fingerprinting.
