Timothy Cook, 33, of 68 Page St. was charged Monday with sixth-degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.

Eric Dimalanta, 43, of 148 Corning Road was charged Monday with second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct, first-degree unlawful restraint and fifth-degree larcny.

Maggie Jacksin, 27, of 28 Birch Heights Road, Franklin, was charged Monday with failure to obey a control signal and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Milton L. Stretton, 58, of East Haddam was charged Friday in Old Lyme with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Erica A. Foster, 28, of 2454 Glasgo Road, Griswold, was charged Tuesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged Monday with second-degree falsely reporting an incident.

Winston Tomlinson, 49, of 14 Park St., Apt. 12, New London, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
