Gene White

Stonington — Gene White, 90, passed away at his home in Stonington on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2017, leaving his wife, Nancy, of 53 years.

Gene was a World War II veteran serving in the Marines. He was an avid race car driver, winning many trophies in modified, stocks and sprints.

There will be a celebration of life at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, at Road Church on Pequot Trail.
