Ledyard Robert C. Wade, 26, of 43E Flintlock Road was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.
Norwich James Scott, 49, of no certain address was charged Sunday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Ryan J. House, 24, of 77 Ashland St., Apt. C, Jewett City, was charged Saturday in East Lyme with evading responsibility, failure to maintain minimum insurance, misuse of plates, failure to maintain proper lane, and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
Jose L. Berroa-Sanchez, 30, of 35 Perry St., No. 1, New London, was charged Saturday in Waterford with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving without a license, and criminal impersonation.
Robert A. Malardo, 24, of 74 Redden Ave., No. 5, New London, was charged Nov. 12 in Montville with unreasonable speed, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Stonington Anthony A. Reyes, 21, of 75 Boulder Drive, New London, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court.
