Martha H. Russo, 27, of 213 Elm St., Apt. B, was charged Nov. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, disobeying the signal of an officer, evading responsibility, failure to drive right, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without a license.

Charles M. Rogers, 23, of 205 Shewville Road, Mystic, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia for less than a half-ounce of marijuana and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Lucille Santiago, 23, of 97 West Main St., Niantic, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have stop lamps or turn signals.

Brittney Manwaring, 28, of 136 North Bridebrook Road, Niantic, was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to a violation.

Amin Kearse, 38, of 79 Indiantown Road, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, evading responsibility, failure to drive in the proper lane and improper use of plates.
