Michael Grenier, 29, of Dayville was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.
Chris Phillips, 41, of 26 Lincoln Ave. was charged Monday with breach of peace and criminal trespass.
Shannon White, 22, of 98 Providence St. was charged Wednesday with two counts each of risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct and one count each of evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to obey an officer’s signal, violation of probation and third-degree criminal mischief.
East Lyme
Jessica R. Newman, 36, of Stamford was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Waterford
Thomas Eshenfelder, 27, of 6 Northwood Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and use of a cellphone while driving.
Sherrie Shutsky, 43, of 23 Tanglewood Drive, Preston, was charged Monday with identity theft, illegal use of a credit card and sixth-degree larceny.
Raymond Jones, 64, of 281 Gardner Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

Montville — The town’s annual Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting ceremony is set for 5 p.m. Sunday.
The Montville Police Department announced Wednesday that the parade route will be from the Montville-Waterford town line on Route 32, north to Montville Town Hall, culminating with the tree lighting at 7 p.m.
Montville police, in coordination with the four town fire departments, will detour traffic beginning at 3:30 p.m., northbound from Route 32 to Red Cedar Avenue, to Jerome Road, to Maple Avenue and back to Route 32. Southbound traffic will follow the same route in reverse.
Spectators can park on side streets along the parade route via Lathrop Road to the east and Jerome Road to the west.

The event begins at 6:30 p.m. at the school, 25 Mahan Drive, Norwich with doors opening at 6 p.m. The event is a fundraiser for the Norwich Public Schools Educational Foundation. Tickets are $10 at the door, with half-price tickets available at all school offices and at www. NPSEducationFoundation.org. Children 14 and under will be admitted free.
A variety of acts will perform, including singer Braiden Sunshine of Old Lyme, a star from the TV show “The Voice”; the Funky Dawgz, a brass band from the University of Connecticut; and local talent featuring Norwich schools’ staff and Board of Education members.
Pizza will be sold at the concession in the lobby prior to 6:30 p.m. and during intermission.
