Morgan M. Herbert, 22, of 52 Old Post Road, Westerly, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Kevin Dejesus-Rodriguez, 21, of 603 Boswell Ave., Apt. 6, Norwich, was charged Friday with breach of peace, risk of injury to a child, second-degree threatenin­g and interferin­g with an emergency call.

Victoria J. Marcum, 18, of 5 Walnut Hill Road, East Lyme, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphrena­lia.
