Morgan M. Herbert, 22, of 52 Old Post Road, Westerly, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Kevin Dejesus-Rodriguez, 21, of 603 Boswell Ave., Apt. 6, Norwich, was charged Friday with breach of peace, risk of injury to a child, second-degree threatening and interfering with an emergency call.

Victoria J. Marcum, 18, of 5 Walnut Hill Road, East Lyme, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphrenalia.

Maryann Logan, 76, of Pequannock, N.J., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Tyler Fettes, 21, of Springfield, MA., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and speeding.

Kristen J. Hampton, 25, of 133 West Main St., Baltic, was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance and sixth-degree larceny.

Shajuana Emanuel, 26, of 1519 Corbin Ave. was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

James P. Moore, 37, of 1227 Gold Star Highway, Groton, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Daniel V. Bell, 61, of 39 Beach St., Westerly, was charged Thursday with drinking while driving, failure to drive right and failure to display plates.

Nicholas S. Vartabedian, 30, of 12 Chrstnut St., Westerly, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

Alissa A. Ross, 58, of 470 Gold Star Highway, Apt. 145, Groton, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Robert H. Secor, 89, of 131 Ridgewood Drive, Mystic, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Raianna M. Perez, 23, of 134 Greenmanville Ave., Apt. 2, Mystic, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault of an elderly person.

Matthew Burgess, 34, of 15 Mohegan Trail, Westerly, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Dana Doss, 34, of 130 Spithead Road was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, misuse of plates, failure to display plates and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Brenda Carter, 52, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason Matthewson, 32, of 91 Leffingwell Road, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps.
