Troy A. Coons, 32, of 140 Allen St. was charged Monday with sixth-degree larceny and six counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jordyn M. Clark, 20, of 1882 Center Groton Road, Ledyard, was charged Dec. 18 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia for less than a halfounce of marijuana, speeding and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Judith M. Hanley, 65, of 6 Walnut St., Pawcatuck, was charged Dec. 18 with second-degree breach of peace.

Terry Dixon, 60, of Afton, Okla., was charged Dec. 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Justin L. Garcia, 24, of 10 Milltown Road, North Stonington, was charged Dec. 19 with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a stop sign and traveling unreasonably fast.

Zachary N. Wheeler, 26, of 476 Taugwonk Road was charged Dec. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

James R. Medeiros Jr., 53, of Westerly was charged Dec. 21 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kevin B. Malicki, 28, of 31 Palmer St., Pawcatuck, was charged Dec. 22 with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

Hannah R. Murphy, 29, of 140 Latimer Point Road was charged Dec. 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, using a cellphone while driving, failure to drive right and driving without minimum insurance.

Tammy J. Ferdula, 51, of 7 Palmer St., Pawcatuck, was charged Dec. 22 with driving with a suspended license and driving without minimum insurance.

Abbey R. Meeker, 25, of Westerly was charged Saturday with second-degree stalking.
