Emmanuel Georges, 49, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Friday with violating probation.

Divon Green, 22, of 88 Williams St. was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, sale of narcotics and tampering with evidence.

Christopher Elhayek, 26, of 173 Shaw St. was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and tampering with evidence.

Dawann Hooks, 39, of 172 Crystal Ave. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, carrying a dangerous weapon and second-degree threatening.

Hassan Foster-Carney, 22, of 320 Central Ave. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

Frank J. Hewitt, 48, of 27 Scott St. was charged Thursday with second-degree larceny, second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Diana Ortiz, 45, of 9 Dougherty Ave., Plainfield, was charged Friday with first-degree conspiracy to commit burglary and first-degree conspiracy to commit unlawful restraint.

Paulette Belin, 53, of 16 Starrwood Drive was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

Delbert Street, 56, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Friday with violating probation.
