Groton Town Timothy C. Harmon Jr., 26, of Willimantic, was charged Monday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

Shirley A. Smith, 62, of 300 Brandegee Ave. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
