Jeremy R. Higgins, 25, of 730 Long Cove Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic control signal and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Jikaeyla Harris, 21, of 42 Prospect St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Janice Blow, 59, of 30 W. Colt St. was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and interfering with a 911 call.

Dominic Cruz, 23, of 11 1/2 Brewer St. was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint and interfering with a 911 call.

John Freitas, 41, of 202 Colman St., Apt. 611, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation.

Krystle L. Rosado-French, 36, of 12 Batterson Ave., Westerly, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have both headlights lit.

Christopher M. Bisaillon, 41, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Lori A. St. Jean, 50, of 380 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Emily R. Crowley, 24, of 28 William St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility.

Anthony Guilbert, 30, of 76 Truman St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Ronald Tate, 52, of 201 Montauk Ave., Apt., 2, New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended lisense and possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana.

George Bassett, 52, of 332 Benham Road, Groton, was charged Friday with home invasion, first-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
