Genelle N. Smith, 31, of 64 Charter Oak Drive was charged Friday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Saralene Baldwin, 55, of 16 Clay Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and third-degree criminal trespass.

Noah Zimmer, 41, of 14 Colman St., Apt. 5, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace, threatening and carrying a dangerous weapon.
