Thomas Wyeth, 51, of 153 Dartmouth Drive, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with two counts of breach of peace, second-degree threatening and second-degree stalking.

Herman Robert Winston, 18, of 29 Meetinghouse Lane, Ledyard, was charged Jan. 14 in Old Lyme with refusal to show identification, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

Chelsea E. Nolan, 25, of 8 Otter Rock Road, Old Lyme, was charged Jan. 10 in Middletown with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.
