Waterford — Sheryl Catherine (Duzant) Carroll, 70, passed away peacefully at her home in Waterford on Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018.
Sheryl was born in St. Nicolas, Aruba, on April 30, 1947, daughter of the late Edward Calixte Duzant and Charlotte Delphine (Hodge) Duzant.
