Groton City Cecil J. Mills, 29, of Bridgeport was charged Monday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Groton Town Nyle Smith, III, 30, of Mansfield was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.

Joshua Hernandez-Cruz, 32, of Willimantic was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Norwich Benjamin Sanchez, 27, of 91 S. 2nd Ave., Apt. 5, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Maryann Clay, 35, of 90 North St., 1-K, was charged Saturday with violation of a restraining order.

Richard Montoya, 22, of 81 Prospect St. was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Halik Shakespeare, 18, of 89 Asylum St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance.

Parvell Young, 27, of 357 Washington St. was charged Sunday with possession of a controlled substance.

Nicholas Davis, 29, of Jewett City was charged Monday with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Michael Mosley II, 33, of 43 Woods Drive was charged Monday with traveling too fast, driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Amber Allard, 28, of New London was charged Monday with one count of third-degree criminal mischief and three counts of violation of probation.

Derrick Jackson, 56, of 76 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

Joseph Casavecchia, 42, of Lebanon was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too closely.

Stonington Donna L. Greatorex, 53 of Naugatuck was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Enrique Gonzalez, 33, of 40 Laurel Leaf Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

Alexis C. Fasoli, 18, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
