Groton City Cecil J. Mills, 29, of Bridgeport was charged Monday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of drug parapherna­lia.

Groton Town Nyle Smith, III, 30, of Mansfield was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.

Joshua Hernandez-Cruz, 32, of Willimanti­c was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
