Tyrel D. Martinez, 20, of 887 Bank St., New London, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Darell A.A. Johnson, 18, of 30 Mercer St., New London, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Syan Washington, 18, of 39 Litton Ave., Apt. 39, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Carol Fogerty, 28, of Riverside, R.I., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license and failure to have lights lit.

Austin L. Cannon, 39, of 14 Jessica Lane, Ledyard, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana and possession of drug parapherna­lia.

Melissa Mejias, 34, of 7 Sandpiper Lane, East Lyme, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, failure to use headlights, misuse of plates and failure to carry registrati­on/insurance card.

Anthony Abner Guilbert, 30, of 66 Connecticu­t Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Francis Masterson, 49, of 116 Taftville-Occum Road, Apt. 1, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics and driving with a suspended license.

Adam Renz, 43, of 625 Hartford Road, Salem, was charged Feb. 22 in Salem with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree threatenin­g and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Iain Horwath, 28, of Hadlyme was charged Feb. 19 in Salem with risk of injury to a child and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol with a child passenger.

Pamela Cheney, 33, of 40 Hobart Ave., Norwich, was charged Feb. 15 in Marlboroug­h with interferin­g with an officer.

David Dixon, 29, of Colchester was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.
