Kevin M. Kosloskey, 36, of 28 Spicer Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Angel E. Eusebio-Vazquez, 29, of 8 Branford Ave. was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order, violation of a restraining order, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Scott T. Cote, 22, of 91 Buddington Road, Unit 49, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have head lamps, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Melinda A. Mcgloin, 49, of 82 Crown Knoll Court, Unit 155, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order, breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.

Kente Parker, 34, of 3 Ivy St., Groton, was charged Feb. 23 with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.

Alasia Bond, 44, of Middletown was charged Feb. 20 with second-degree forgery, interfering with an officer, criminal impersonation and criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny.
