The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT will hold its Annual Meeting on Wednesday, March 21, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Hilton Mystic, 20 Coogan Blvd., sponsored by Atlantic Broadband and the Connecticut Airport Authority.
