Groton Town Lisa Jo Reppenhage­n, 26, of West Haven, was charged Friday with risk of injury to a child and second-degree reckless endangerme­nt.

Jamie N. Bessette, 33, of 173 Route 12 was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving while using a handheld device.

New London Brian Hines, 61, of 56 Harris Road Extension, Salem, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Carla M. Montes, 28, of 69 Oakwood Knoll, Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic control signal and possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana.

Tornando Robinson, 32, of 730 State Pier Road was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace, possession of a hallucinog­en, possession of a hallucinog­en or narcotic with intent to sell, carrying a dangerous weapon and assault on emergency medical staff.

Stonington Jada L. Cobble, 41, of Ashway, R.I., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Dylan M. McGuire, 24, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, first-degree failure to appear in court and failure to pay or plead.

Steven Zelepos, 21, of 693 New London Turnpike was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.
