Lucas Mejin-Vicente, 26, of 220 Franklin St., Apt. 3, was charged Thursday with failure to obey stop sign and driving with a suspended license.

Alfred Brewer, 46, of 138 Kitemaug Road, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Christopher Willis, 32, of 1500 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, possession of a small amount of cannabis-type substance and driving with a refused, suspended or revoked license or registration.

Lawrence Foster, 53, of Jewett City was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with violation of a protective order.

Abigail E. Piktelis, 21, of 28 Meadowlark Lane, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Joseph Tonelli, 35, of 837 Bank St., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and misuse of plates.

Rodney Demontigny, 54, of 92 Huntington St., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and misuse of plates.
