Groton Town Tasia N. Trauschke, 30, of 104 Midway Oval was charged Saturday with breach of peace and reckless use of the highway by a pedestrian.

New London David Ibbitson, 22, of 63 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

State Police — Montville Jeremiah Grant, 33, of Hartford, was charged Friday with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, engaging police in a pursuit, and interfering with a police officer. Stonington Emily J. Piktelis, 20, of 28 Meadowbrook Lane, Mystic, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Matthew J. Delbarone, 36, of 105 Asher Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.

Lewis W. Richard, 51, of Derry, N.H., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Andrew J. French, 36, of 90 Main St., Voluntown, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Zachery Dinger, 24, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Walter W. Heibel III, 26, of 259 North Anguilla Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree trespass and third-degree criminal mischief.
