Groton Town William Sauer, 54, of 163 Monument St. was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief, reckless burning and criminal attempt to commit cruelty to animals.

Gaspar Rodriguez, 23, of 93 State Pier Road, New London, was charged Saturday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, violation of a protective order and risk of injury to a child.

Jaslyn Reels, 26, of 28 Orchard Drive was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

New London Jamar Smith, 38, of 44 Williams St. was charged Saturday with interfering with a 911 call and disorderly conduct.

State Police - Montville Antwane Ifill, 19, of Windsor, was charged Tuesday with sale of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, third-degree larceny, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, reckless driving, failure to drive in the proper lane, driving without a license and driving without minimum insurance.

Kavon A. Coates, 26, of 54 Benham Road, Groton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without minimum insurance and failure to drive right.

Nicole Mustin, 31, of Canterbury, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Stonington David E. Hazard, 42, of West Warwick, R.I., was charged Wednesday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

James J. Nahas, Jr., 47, of 21 Robin St., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Alyssa M. Goldberg, 29, of 58 White Rock Road, Westerly, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Richard S. Brainard, 55, of 90 Lord’s Hill Road was charged Friday with second-degree assault, breach of peace, threatening, interfering with a police officer and failure to submit to fingerprinting.
