Norwich DeVonte Belin, 21, of 16 Starrwoods Drive was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to maintain insurance and failure to obey a traffic signal.

Jose Colon, 54, of Lebanon, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Joseph Rushford, 67, of 238 Vergason Ave. was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary, theft of services, interfering with a police officer, second-degree reckless endangerment and breach of peace.

Jennifer Dempsey, 42, of 7 Mohegan Park Road was charged Friday with prostitution.

Justo Osario-Vincent, 19, of 52 Peck St. was charged Friday with patronizing a prostitute.

Erick Gracia, 33, of 39 Baltic St., Apt. 147, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and violation of conditions of release.

Robert Magalis, 47, of 151 Ann Ave., Mystic, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

Waterford Robert Lafontaine, 62, of Windsor, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
