Norwich Steven Hyppolite, 42, of 38 Thirteenth St. was charged Saturday with interferin­g with a police officer and failure to submit to fingerprin­ts.

Raymond Meier, 61, of 16 Penobscot St. was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Joseph Ramos, 20, of 246 Dunham St. was charged Sunday with two counts of assault on a police officer and one count each of criminal trespass, interferin­g with a police officer, possession of marijuana and possession of drug parapherna­lia.

Yvonne Rodriguez-Ramos, 29, of 50 Palmer St., Apt. 6, was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

Eliezer Otero-Torres, 42, of 50 Palmer St., Apt. 6, was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor.

Robert Bullock, 47, of 320 Central Ave., No. 2, was charged Monday with third-degree assault, third-degree robbery, disorderly conduct, interferin­g with an emergency call and fifth-degree larceny.

Wilberto Santiago, 25, of 48 Convent Ave., first floor, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatenin­g.

State police — Montville Hector Mojica, 37, of 17 Clermont Ave., Norwich, was charged Sunday in Sprague with failure to submit to fingerprin­ting, interferin­g with a police officer, breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Stephen Grassetti, 53, of 85 Norwich Westerly Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday in North Stonington with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Dominic Grassetti, 21, of 85 Norwich Westerly Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday in North Stonington with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Justin T. Ebersole, 38, of Hanover, was charged Sunday in Sprague with breach of peace and second-degree threatenin­g.

Stonington Adam S. Fritzche, 57, of Canterbury, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregister­ed motor vehicle and driving without insurance.

Waterford Luke Barrs, 19, of 16 Rogers Hill Road, was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
