Ornet Hines has been appointed by Liberty Bank to Assistant vice president, branch manager, Norwich. Hines started her career in hospitality management before joining the banking industry for the past 13 years. She began working for Bank of America as a personal banker, became an assistant manager and then branch manager. In 2014, Hines moved to Dime Bank as corporate officer, branch manager before joining Liberty Bank in April of this year.

The Board of Directors of Charter Oak Federal Credit Union has appointed Joyce L. Gresh as chairwoman of its Supervisory Committee, which is responsible for oversight and audit responsibilities for the credit union’s seven-member Board of Directors. Gresh was first appointed by Charter Oak’s Board of Directors to serve on the Supervisory Committee in November 2016 and in May of this year was appointed to serve as Chairperson of the committee.
Gresh, who is a Griswold resident, has nearly four decades of experience as both an educator and administrator in numerous school systems in New London and Windham counties, including Griswold, Plainfield, Preston and Woodstock. For more information, visit www.charterOak.org.
